The Heliophysics Future Leaders (HFL) program, led by the Harvard Smithsonian Astrophysical Observatory, pairs IMAP scientists with a set of diverse and high-achieving graduate students and postdocs throughout the IMAP mission development and science phases. HFL participants are identified both by team members and through solicitation of nearby colleges.
